The basics

Sticker Turbo (Cincinnati, Ohio) prints custom stickers to order. By placing an order on stickerturbo.com you agree to these terms.

Your artwork

  • You must own the rights (or have permission) to print any artwork you upload. You are responsible for trademark and copyright compliance.
  • You keep full ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it only to produce your order.
  • We may decline to print content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

What we won't print

We decline orders containing sexually explicit material, hate symbols or extremist content, incitement of violence, counterfeit or trademark-infringing designs, and anything unlawful. If your order falls under this policy we'll cancel it and refund you in full — no debate, no judgment of you as a customer. Everything else, we print at full throttle.

Proofs and production

We print exactly what you approve. Review your proof carefully — spelling, colors, size, and cut lines. Production starts after proof approval, and orders in production can't be cancelled or changed. On-screen colors can differ slightly from printed colors; that's inherent to printing and not a defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and charged in USD at checkout via Stripe. Order minimums and quantity pricing are displayed in the product configurator. We may correct obvious pricing errors before production; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

Turnaround and shipping

We aim to have orders printed within 24 hours of proof approval and delivered within 1–5 business days by free ground shipping. Turnaround estimates are commitments we work hard to hit, but carrier delays outside our control can happen. See Shipping for details.

Refunds

Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders are refunded or otherwise made right per our Returns & refunds policy. Because products are custom-made, correctly produced orders cannot be returned.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
