Custom stickers are made to order just for you, so they can't be restocked — but if something's wrong, we make it right.
If your order arrives wrong or damaged
If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, or noticeably different from the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll refund you or make it right. No need to mail anything back.
What's covered
- Print defects — banding, wrong colors vs. your approved proof, misaligned cuts
- Damage in transit — scratched, bent, or water-damaged packages
- Wrong product, size, quantity, or material vs. what you ordered
What's not covered
- Issues visible in the proof you approved — check spelling, colors, and cut lines before approving; we print exactly what you sign off on
- Low-resolution artwork that printed as uploaded
- Ordinary wear from use beyond the expected outdoor lifespan
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your proof is approved. Once an order is in production it can no longer be cancelled.
