What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and a hashed password if you create an account
- Order details — what you ordered, shipping address, and the artwork files you upload for printing
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and performance
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout. Your card number never touches or gets stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is covered by the Stripe privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To print and ship your orders and send you proofs and tracking updates
- To provide customer support and process refunds
- To keep the site secure (fraud prevention, rate limiting)
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing
- Shipping carriers and our shipping-label provider — to deliver your order
- Our hosting and database providers — to run the site
Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your artwork
Files you upload stay yours. We use them only to produce your order and keep them on file so you can reorder easily. Ask us to delete them anytime.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies: keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing orders@stickerturbo.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
